CEIS Ayrshire provides a free, tailored recruitment service to employers, specifically designed to meet the unique needs of your business. Our dedicated team collaborates with your organisation to fully understand your recruitment goals, helping to create job specifications, running free advertisements, and handling initial CV screening to identify candidates that best match your requirements.
Through our employability training services, we have a pool of candidates equipped with sector-specific skills and qualifications, ready to join your workforce. When you hire from our programmes, we offer complimentary In-Work Support for up to 12 months, helping both you and your new employee during the transition. Our team conducts regular workplace reviews and provides any additional training needed to support the employee’s continued development within your organisation.
We offer comprehensive Business Development Support, giving employers access to a wide range of resources through a single point of contact. Our Business Services Officers are on hand to assist you in exploring available services that can benefit your business, ensuring you have the tools needed for growth and success.
Our Skills and Training team offers a comprehensive range of courses aimed at helping businesses enhance the skills of their staff and management. We specialise in upskilling employees with industry-relevant qualifications, such as the Personal Licence for selling alcohol, CSCS cards for the construction, and Emergency First Aid at Work.
In addition to in-person training, we also offer an extensive online learning platform called TrainMe. This robust E-learning suite features a wide selection of accredited, industry-relevant courses. You may be eligible for the Parental In-Work Support Grant if you meet any of the following criteria:
- Live in North Ayrshire
- Lone parent
- Parent or child with a disability
- Parent aged 25 or under
- Minority ethnic parent
- Parent with three or more children
- Parent with a child under 1 year old
