When you register with us, you gain access to our full range of services designed to help you prepare for employment. We work closely with you to develop a personalised action plan that ensures you have everything you need to succeed. You’ll have access to our complete suite of online training courses, and with the guidance of our advisors, we will help you identify the right courses to support your progress.
In addition to online training, you’ll benefit from sector-specific programmes and employability workshops. If you need to improve your IT skills, our trainers will provide the necessary support in basic IT. Our team is also connected with local employers and can offer you access to local job vacancies.
Even after you’ve secured employment, we stay in touch to provide ongoing support and assistance as needed to help you thrive in your new role.
The Sector Based Work Academy Programme (SWAP) is a comprehensive employability programme aimed at preparing candidates for specific industries. The programme consists of two weeks of in-house training, led by our experienced trainers, who deliver a variety of employability workshops and industry-relevant accredited courses. Once the training phase is completed, our Business Services team assists candidates in securing placements aligned with their chosen sector.

We offer a range of employability workshops that can be delivered in person or via Zoom. These workshops are tailored to help candidates develop key skills for the job search process. In today’s digital age, having basic computer skills is essential for job searching and communicating with potential employers. We recognise that not everyone is familiar with using a computer, so we have developed a Basic IT course to help candidates gain the necessary skills.
Our trainer will guide learners through:
- Setting up an email account
- Accessing and managing emails
- Sending and replying to messages
- Cover the basics of computer use
- Ensuring you are equipped to navigate the digital world with confidence
