Young Persons Guarantee

If you’re aged 16-24, living in North Ayrshire, and currently unemployed, CEIS Ayrshire can support you through our Young Person’s Guarantee program.

In partnership with North Ayrshire Council, we are committed to providing young people in North Ayrshire with the support they need to access employment, education, training, apprenticeships, volunteering, or other formal support programs. Our Young Person’s Guarantee is open to all unemployed people aged 16 to 24 living in North Ayrshire.

Support will be tailored to your unique needs, and a dedicated Key Worker will be assigned to guide and assist you throughout your journey. We offer guaranteed assistance with training and qualifications across specific industries, as well as volunteering opportunities to help you build recent work experience.

Through strong partnerships with local and national employers committed to hiring locally and investing in talent, we are well-positioned to help secure sustainable job opportunities for the young people we support. We can assist with applications for Modern Apprenticeships and employment, and once you’re hired, we’ll continue to support you throughout your employment journey.
