Young Persons Guarantee

If you’re aged 16-24, living in North Ayrshire, and currently unemployed, CEIS Ayrshire can support you through our Young Person’s Guarantee programme.

We are working with North Ayrshire Council to provide young people in North Ayrshire with the support they need to access job opportunities, education, training, apprenticeships, volunteering, or other support programmes. The Young Persons Guarantee is for anyone aged 16 to 24 in North Ayrshire who isn’t currently working.

You’ll get support that is tailored to your specific needs. A Key Worker will be with you every step of the way, helping you get the skills and experience you need to get into work. We can help you with training, qualifications in certain industries, and volunteering opportunities to build up your work experience.

We work closely with local and national employers who are ready to hire and invest in young talent. Whether it’s applying for Modern Apprenticeships or jobs, we’ll guide you. And when you get hired, we’ll keep supporting you as you settle into your new role.
