Are you unemployed, looking for help to find a job, enter further education or training? Through our services, CEIS Ayrshire will be there to guide and support you on your journey. We understand the challenges individuals face when looking for employment, our team of experienced advisors will provide support tailored to your needs to help you achieve your goals.
When you register with CEIS Ayrshire, you will be assigned a Key Worker. They will take you through the registration process, working with you on an initial needs assessment and create an action plan that you and your Key Worker will work through together.
We have strong relationships with local and national employers who are interested in investing in people’s skills, development and their future. Through these relationships we are able to secure sustainable jobs for our clients.
We can help you with:
- Support into employment with access to local vacancies
- Practical support to improve interview skills and help with completing applications
- Improving your CVs, cover letters and job search
- Improve your mental and physical wellbeing
- Help with developing IT and computer skills
- Improve your confidence, motivation and resilience
- Industry specific training courses
- Accredited training such as CSCS, Personal Licence, REHIS, Emergency First Aid at Work.
- Access to local work experience opportunities
- Signpost to partner agencies for any further support required
Youth Hub
Our Youth Hubs are designed to support young people living in North Ayrshire in finding employment through personalised guidance and practical assistance. Our advisors offer one-on-one support, help with CV building, interview preparation, connections to local employers and more.
