About Us
CEIS Ayrshire is a Community Social Enterprise based in Scotland established in 2007 with a focus on supporting individuals, communities, and businesses throughout Scotland by delivering a range of services designed to enhance employability, facilitate workforce development, and drive community engagement. We are not for profit organisation offering recruitment and retention services, skills training, employer partnerships, capacity building, and community regeneration services.
We are a part of the CEIS group, the UK’s largest and most experienced enterprise support organisation since 1984. Our vision is to make Scotland a better place to live and work with a more inclusive economy. We do this by tackling inequality, strengthen communities and improving the performance and impact of business that contribute to our society.
