Young Person’s Guarantee

In partnership with North Ayrshire Council, we are committed to guaranteeing young people in North Ayrshire support to get into employment, education, training, an apprenticeship, volunteering or other formal support programmes.

The Young Person’s Guarantee is open to all unemployed young people aged 16-24 in North Ayrshire.

Support will be tailored to your individual needs during your time with us and you will be assigned a Key Worker to guide and support you every step of the way.

If you’re aged between 16 and 24, a North Ayrshire resident and unemployed, CEIS Ayrshire can support you through our Young Person’s Guarantee programme.

We guarantee you support with training & qualifications in certain industries as well as looking at and setting up volunteering options to get you some recent work experience. 

CEIS Ayrshire have strong relationships with local and national employers who are interested in hiring local people and investing in their skills, development and future.  It’s these relationships that help us to secure sustainable jobs for the young people we support.  We can help you apply for Modern Apprenticeships and Employment, and once you start work, we will be there to support you while in employment.
