Michaela’s Journey to Success with CEIS Ayrshire
CEIS Ayrshire recently supported Michaela into a Trainee Dental Nurse position. The Saltcoats Jobcentre referred Michaela to us, she had never created a CV, attended an interview or held a job before.
Our first step was to schedule a registration appointment, after which we helped Michaela create a new CV. We also referred her to online workshops to enhance her skillset and boost her confidence. She also acquired a qualification in customer service and interview preparation for any upcoming interviews.
A promising opportunity arose for a Trainee Dental Nurse position in Largs. Michaela needed to provide both a CV and cover letter for the application. We assisted in creating an effective covering letter and submitted the application.
The interview skills training we provided prepared Michaela for her interview. She went to the interview with confidence and was successful in securing the Trainee Dental Nurse position.
Michaela expressed her satisfaction with the support she received from CEIS Ayrshire and is now enjoying her new role.
