We will meet with your organisation to discuss what your requirements are.  This is to ensure that we match our services to suit your recruitment needs. Our advisors will work closely with your organisation to create job specifications and then run free advertisements to source the correct candidates.   We will then do the initial CV vetting and sifting to match candidates as closely as possible to your requirements.

Through our Skills & Training team CEIS Ayrshire can deliver a range of courses and qualifications suited to individual or organisational needs.  We can upskill your current workforce encouraging them to progress in their roles or move on to new, better, and exciting job opportunities in your organisation.

We also provide Business Development Support. This service is for employers and offers you access to all employer support through one point of contact.
